Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original bags.

  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to get your return back to our fashion warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the quality of your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
